FREE Meals for Adults – from Caring and Sharing Ministries

Stop by Trinity’s parking lot to pick up a meal for adults (purchased from CCPS) and a bag of food for your household.

Sheetz, Taneytown

Starting April 2nd, Sheetz stores in Maryland will be giving a free meal to kids in need. The free meal will include a turkey sandwich, chips, and drink.

Families will be able to take one bagged meal per child per day while supplies last. The program will be available for two weeks at which time it will be reevaluated based on community need.

Burger King

As of March 23rd, free kids’ meals will be available with any purchase on the Burger King app. Free kids’ meals are only available for take-out or drive-thru.


While it’s not a national program, several McDonald’s locations are participating in providing free meals to kids. Call your local McDonald’s to get more information.

Mo’s Southwest Grill

The Mexican eatery is offering a free kid’s entree with every adult entree purchased—plus free delivery.

Olive Garden

Olive Garden has added a new Buy One, Take one promotion. Buy One, Take One is now available as a carside ToGo offer, starting at $12.99. Guests choose one hot, ready to eat entree (choose from spaghetti and meat sauce, fettuccine alfredo, cheese ravioli, 5 cheese ziti al forno, lasagna, and chicken parmigiana), then get the option of a second FREE take-one meal (choose from spaghetti and meat sauce, fettuccine alfredo, cheese ravioli, 5 cheese ziti al forno).

Other fast-food and fast-casual chains with offers include Sweetgreen, which is offering free meals to healthcare workersBlaze PizzaChipotleDel Taco (with code DELTACONOW), El Pollo Loco (via GrubHub) KFC, and Moe’s, all of which are offering free delivery. GrubHub and Uber Eats have also temporarily waived their delivery fees.
